Retractions

You can now retract your own applications in EASi 2.0:

• Log into EASi 2.0.
• Select “Retract an Application”.
• Search for the application. Click “Retract”.
• Enter a reason for the retraction. Click “Complete Retraction”.

If your EASi access has been suspended and you are unable to retract your own application, please complete a Retraction Form and send it to TAIPA.

Retractions can only be completed for applications that have not yet been mailed to TAIPA/assigned. To cancel an assigned policy, complete a Policy Change Form instead.

Retractions must be submitted within one working day of the binding date.
